ADHD Support

A supportive, structured screening process designed to help you make sense of your patterns, challenges, and strengths through an ADHD-informed lens. Together, we explore how your experiences may align with recognised ADHD traits, using established clinical frameworks as a guide - while keeping the focus firmly on you as a whole person, not a label.

ADHD in Women

ADHD in women has often been missed - not because it’s uncommon, but because it can look different from the stereotypes we've known for so long. Rather than obvious hyperactivity, it often shows up as overwhelm, mental clutter, emotional intensity, or quietly struggling to keep up.

Having been diagnosed with ADHD myself later in life, I get it. And I understand how navigating the process of assessment and diagnosis can feel overwhelming. I'm here to bring ease to that process, and walk alongside you as you explore this part of you.

Who is this for?

This service is for Women who:

Suspect ADHD may be part of their experience - but want to explore this without stepping into diagnosis

Need a non-judgemental space to talk things through

Wanting clarity around which patterns are impacting your daily life

Are unsure whether to pursue a formal diagnosis, and not ready to have this formally recorded

Are seeking validation for experiences that have long felt confusing or dismissed

Please note this is NOT formal diagnosis.

What to expect

Through a 1:1 online session (around 90 minutes), we'll start to recognise how ADHD can present in women.

Together, we explore how your experiences may align with recognised ADHD traits, using established clinical frameworks as a guide.

Following this, you’ll receive a personalised summary to support your next steps, whether that’s coaching, counselling, or considering a formal assessment pathway.

TESTIMONIAL

"I had been working with Chanel for a while when she gently asked if I had ever considered an ADHD diagnosis. I hadn’t. We discussed a little further and then she sent me some info. I was mind blown. I related to so many of the things I read. Since then Chanel has supported me to go through a formal diagnosis… helping me unpack all the things I was suddenly realising may not have been me not being enough, supporting me to find a place for a formal assessment. I am so grateful to have been working with Chanel, her guidance has allowed me to discover a part of myself that I otherwise would never have known and probably continued to struggle. ADHD was the missing piece and Chanel helped me find it."
